Roasted Onions

½ tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp ground coriander
½ tsp salt

Steps
1Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) Fan. Peel, quarter then slice the onions. Add to a baking tray double-lined with baking paper.
2Sprinkle it with garlic powder, ground coriander and salt. Spray or drizzle with olive oil. Mix to coat.
3Roast in the middle of the oven for 20 minutes. Stir with a spatula and roast for another 10 minutes.
4Add to a plate.
5Top with parmesan cheese and sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper.
