Every recipe is 100% plant-based, using only widely available ingredients to keep things simple. We stick to the basics, so you won’t have to buy 20 different ingredients for a single dish. Many of our ingredients appear across multiple recipes, allowing you to create a variety of flavors and textures without an overwhelming shopping list.
We prioritize the best possible micronutrient profile while keeping fat and sugar content to an absolute minimum. Protein content is a major focus, and we provide suggestions on how to boost it further in each recipe’s instructions. Our approach is grounded in the latest research in nutrition, ensuring that we use food combinations that maximize nutrient availability and absorption.

Quality is key at DAREBEETS. After release, every recipe is rated by our users and volunteers. If a recipe falls below our standard (4.5 stars) after 50 reviews, it is removed from our database. This ensures that only the best, most effective, and most enjoyable meals remain available.
