Yogurt Pita Breads

180 g plain yogurt | soy, oat or cashew
180 g all-purpose wheat flour
7 g ~ ½ tbsp baking powder
15 ml ~ 1 tbsp olive oil

½ tbsp baking powder
1 tbsp olive oil

Steps
1 Add flour and baking powder to a small mixing bowl.
2Whisk to distribute. Add yogurt.
3Mix to combine using a spoon until you have a solid dough.
4Drizzle with olive oil.
5Split the dough into 4 portions using your hands.
6Cut a baking sheet in 4. Place each portion on top of each piece of baking sheet. Flatten the dough and spread out using your hands into a pita bread shape.
7Preheat a non-stick frying pan. Set heat to low (induction #4). Spray or drizzle with olive oil and place a pita bread on top, paper-side up.
8Fry for 60 seconds. Peel off the paper, flip the pita over and fry for another 60 seconds. Repeat with the rest of the breads. Wipe the frying pan and spray with fresh oil between goes.
9Transfer to a plate and cover with kitchen towel to prevent the pita breads from drying out.
