Yogurt Oat Bites

120 ml plain yogurt

1 cup oat flour or ground oats
½ cup plain yogurt

Steps
1Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) Fan. Add oat flour (or ground oats) and yogurt to a mixing bowl.
2Mix to combine until you get a firm dough. Let rest for 5 minutes.
3Transfer the dough to a sheet of baking paper.
4Roll the dough into a rope.
5Cut into 8 slices using a knife.
6Arrange on top of a baking tray lined with baking paper.
7Bake in the middle of the oven for 20 minutes.
8Transfer to a plate.
