Tomato Avocado Salad

Steps
1Peel and de-stone the avocado. Dice avocado and tomatoes. Add diced tomatoes, avocado, parsley, vinegar and salt to a mixing bowl.
2Mix to combine.
3Transfer to a bowl and sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper.
