Tofu “Egg” Salad
Ingredients

400 g firm tofu
60 ml plain yogurt | soy, oat or cashew
30 g ~ 2 tbsp mustard
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black salt (Kala Namak)
Optional:
1 tbsp spring onion
1 tbsp fresh dill

Steps
1Add tofu to a small mixing bowl.
2Crush it using your hands (wear a food-grade glove).
3Add yogurt, mustard, vinegar, turmeric powder, garlic powder, salt and black salt.
4Mix to combine. Add spring onions and dill.
5Mix to combine then transfer to a serving bowl.
