Strawberry & Kiwi Fruit Salad With Tahini Dressing

4 medium kiwi fruit
200 g strawberries
2 tbsp hemp hearts

Dressing:
30 g ~ 2 tbsp tahini
30 ml ~ 2 tbsp water
7 ml ~ 1 tbspĀ vinegar or lemon juice

Steps
1Make the dressing. Add tahini, water and vinegar (or lemon juice) to a jar or a cup.
2Whisk together until smooth using a mini whisk or an electric mini milk frother. Set aside.
3Cut strawberries lengthwise. Peel and quarter kiwi fruit lengthwise then slice into bite-sized pieces.
4Mix to combine and drizzle with the dressing.
5Sprinkle with hemp hearts.
