Peanut Creamy Tofu With Apples

200 g firm tofu
80 ml milk | soy, oat and cashew
15 g ~ 1 tbsp peanut butter
20 g ~ 1 tbsp maple or agave syrup

Steps
1Add tofu, milk, peanut butter and syrup to a blender (small cup).
2Blend until smooth ~ 2 minutes. Protein Boost: Add 30 g (2 tbsp) of protein powder and 60 ml (ΒΌ cup) more milk then blend again until smooth ~ 1 minute.
3Add creamy tofu to a bowl.
4Sprinkle it with cinnamon. Serve alongside sliced apples.
