Oats With Yogurt & Blueberries

200 g plain yogurt | soy, oat or cashew
150 g blueberries*
20 ml ~ 1 tbsp maple or agave syrup
cinnamon for taste

Steps
1Add oats to a cooking pot.
2Add water and mix to combine.
3Set heat to medium-high (induction #6), cook and stir for 2 minutes until very thick.
If you are using frozen blueberries: add them to the cooked oats, mix and set heat to low (induction #2) and cook, stirring occasionally, for another 3 minutes.

4Transfer to bowls.
5Top with yogurt.
Protein Boost: Add 30 g (~ 2 tbsp) protein powder to the yogurt and mix until incorporated.
