Green Beans in Mushroom Cashew Sauce

30 g breadcrumbs (optional)

Sauce:
240 ml milk | soy, oat or cashew
150 g ~ 1 can canned mushrooms, any
30 g cashews
1 tbsp sweet miso paste
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
¼ tsp salt

¼ cup cashews
1 tbsp sweet miso paste
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
¼ tsp salt

Steps
1Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) Fan. Add frozen green beans (take it directly from the freezer) to an oiled casserole dish, preferably cast iron.
2Roast in the middle of the oven for 10 minutes.
3In the meantime, make the sauce. Rinse and drain mushrooms. Add rinsed mushrooms, milk, cashews, miso paste, garlic powder, onion powder and salt to a blender (large cup).
4Blend until smooth ~ 2 minutes.
5Pour the sauce over the green beans.
6Mix to coat and top with breadcrumbs. Lightly press the breadcrumbs in.
7Bake in the middle of the oven for 15 minutes.
8Transfer to plates.
