1Halve the avocado, remove the pit, and peel it. Add the avocado to a mixing bowl with rice vinegar, dried dill, and salt.

Tip: You can use apple cider vinegar instead of rice vinegar.
2Mash and mix until smooth and creamy.
3Finely dice or slice the cucumbers and add them to the bowl.

Tip: If you make this salad often, a mandoline can help you slice the cucumbers more quickly and evenly.
4Mix well until the cucumbers are fully coated.
5Transfer to plates and serve.
