Chocolate Sweet Potato Cake

480 g ~ 4 medium baked sweet potatoes
200 g cooking chocolate
Optional Garnish:
2 squares chocolate

Steps
1Preheat the oven to 160°C (320°F) Fan. Turn it off. Break the chocolate into squares and add to a medium oven-safe mixing bowl. Arrange in a single layer. Place into the oven and keep it there for 15 minutes - or until the chocolate melts.
2Add sweet potato to the bowl. Note: For best results, use freshly baked sweet potatoes. Whisk using a hand blender.
3Line a cake tin with baking paper and transfer the mix into the tin using a spoon or a spatula.
4Line a cake form with baking paper and transfer the mix into the form using a spoon or a spatula.
5Fatten the mix. Cover the form with cling film and place in the fridge to set for 4 hours or overnight.
6Place a serving plate over the form and flip it over. Remove the form and peel off the baking paper.
7Grate chocolate over it using a fine grater and/or peel it using a Y-peeler. Keep refrigerated until serving.
