Chocolate Oat Cookies

120 g oat flour or ground oats
60 ml almond milk
60 g peanut butter
60 ml agave or maple syrup
20 g cocoa powder
⅛ tsp salt

Steps
1Preheat the oven to 160°C (320°F) Fan. Add flour, cocoa powder and salt to a small mixing bowl.
2Whisk to distribute. Add peanut butter, almond milk and syrup.
3Mix to combine until you form a firm dough.
4Transfer to a clean surface or a piece of baking paper. Take some of the dough and flatten it with your palm. Use a cookie cutter to cut out cookies until you have no dough left.
5Add to a baking tray lined with baking paper.
6Bake in the middle of the oven for 15 minutes.
7Transfer to a serving plate.
8Optional: Place the cooking chocolate into a small saucepan. Fill a medium-sized saucepan with water and bring it to a boil. Place the small saucepan over the water. Stir the chocolate using a small spatula until it melts.
9Pick up a cookie using long tweezers. Dip one side into melted chocolate then place it onto the baking tray. Repeat with the rest of the cookies. Place the tray into the fridge to chill.
10Once the chocolate solidifies again, transfer the cookies to a serving plate.
