Cauliflower Steaks With Cauliflower Mash

1 kg ~ 1 medium cauliflower
240 ml milk | soy, oat or cashew
2 tsp garlic or onion powder
½ tsp salt

2 tbsp cashew parmesan

Steps
1Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) Fan. Cut cauliflower into two then cut again from the center to get two steak-like pieces. Break the rest of the cauliflower into florets. Add to a baking tray lined with baking paper. Sprinkle it with garlic powder and salt and drizzle with ½ milk.
2Roast in the middle of the oven for 20 minutes. Stir the florets and flip the steaks over and roast for another 5 minutes.
3Turn the oven off. Keep the steak-pieces in the oven. Add roasted florets to a small mixing bowl.
4Add the rest of the milk and mash using an immersion blender or a fork.
5Add mashed cauliflower to plates.
6Add the steak pieces.
7Sprinkle it with cashew parmesan.
