No-Bake Breakfast Oat Bars

240 g oat flakes (quick oats)
100 ml coconut cream
60 g nut butter, any
60 ml maple or agave syrup

½ cup coconut cream
¼ cup nut butter, any
¼ cup maple or agave syrup

Steps
1Add coconut cream, nut butter and syrup to a mixing bowl.
2Whisk to combine.
3Add quick oats.
4Mix with a spoon until well-combined and dough-like.
5Transfer on top of a sheet of baking paper.
6Flatten with a spoon and then shape into a square using a knife.
7Wrap it up and chill in the fridge for 2 hrs + or overnight.
8Slice into 4 pieces. Keep refrigerated until use. The bars can also be frozen for later.
