Step by Step

Steps
1Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) Fan. Add all of the ingredients to a mixing bowl.
2Mix to combine until you have a firm dough.
3Place the dough on top of a baking sheet then flatten it and use a cookie cutter or a cup to cut out 2 cm / 1 inch thick circles.
4Transfer to a baking tray.
5Bake in the middle of the oven for 12 minutes. Eat right away or use in other recipes.
