No-Bake Black Bean Brownies

240 g ~ 1 can cooked black beans
80 g ~ 10 dried dates
40 g cocoa powder
40 g refined coconut oil

8 oz ~ 1 can cooked black beans
½ cup ~ 10 dried dates
½ cup cocoa powder
3 tbsp refined coconut oil

Steps
1Rinse and drain cooked black beans. Add drained black beans, dates, coconut oil and cocoa powder to a mini food processor.
2Blend until smooth.
3Transfer the mix on top of a sheet of baking paper.
4Spread it evenly using a spoon or a spatula then shape into a rectangle using a knife.
5Wrap and place in the fridge. Chill for 1 hour or overnight.
6Cut into 9 pieces. Keep refrigerated for up to a week.
