Bagels With Tofu Cream Cheese & Cucumbers

200 g firm tofu
90 ml soy milk
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp garlic or onion powder
1 tsp salt

1 tbsp fresh dill

Steps
1Make the cream cheese. Add tofu, milk, vinegar, onion (or garlic) powder and salt to a blender.
2Blend until smooth and set aside.
3Use a Y-peeler to cut cucumbers into ribbons. Set aside.
4Slice bagels in two and add to plates.
5Spread cream cheese over the bagel slices.
6Top with cucumber ribbons.
7Garnish with fresh dill.
