Steps
1Cut artichoke hearts into bite-sized pieces. Cut cherry tomatoes lengthwise. Slice onion into thin strips. Add artichoke hearts, tomatoes and onion to a mixing bowl. Add parsley, vinegar, salt and pepper.
2Mix to combine.
3 Transfer to a plate.
