Almond Cookies

60 g almond flour
40 g almond or cashew butter
40 ml agave or maple syrup
8 almonds (optional)

Steps
1Preheat the oven to 180°C (360°F) Fan. Add almond flour, butter and syrup to a small mixing bowl.
2Mix to combine to make the dough.
3Split the dough into 8 portions. Shape into rectangles using your fingers.
4Place on top of a baking tray lined with baking paper.
5Press an almond into each one.
6Bake in the middle of the oven for 10 minutes. Allow to cool for 10 minutes on the tray.
7Transfer to a serving plate.
