Yogurt Pita Breads "Naan"

200 g all-purpose wheat flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tbsp olive oil

Step by Step

Steps
1Add yogurt, flour and baking powder to a medium-size mixing bowl (20 cm ~ 8 inch).
2Mix to combine until you have firm dough. Add olive oil and mix again.
3Split into 6 portions.
4Shape each dough portion into a thin flatbread. It should be thin but still easy enough to lift and move.
5Preheat a nonstick frying pan. Reduce heat to medium. Add a flatbread to the pan and fry it for 2 minutes.
6Flip it over and fry for another 60-90 seconds. Repeat with the rest of the flatbreads.
7Transfer to a plate.
