Tomato Cucumber Salad aka “Greek”

Steps
1Cut tomatoes, cucumbers and peppers into bite-sized pieces. Finely slice the onions. Add all of the ingredients into a mixing bowl.
2Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and sprinkle with salt. Mix well to combine.
3Transfer to a bowl and top with crumbled white cheese and olives. Sprinkle it with black pepper.
