Tahini Date Truffles
Ingredients

Steps
1Add dates, tahini and cocoa powder to a mini food processor.
2Blend until dough-like.
3Split into 8 portions and roll each one into a ball.
4Add hemp hearts (or any coating of choice e.g., ground almond, cocoa, sesame seeds) to a small bowl or a cup, place a truffle in the middle and roll until completely coated. Repeat with the rest of the truffles.
5Transfer to a serving plate.
