Sweet Potato Oat Flatbread
Ingredients

Steps
1Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) bottom heat. Add cooked sweet potato and oat flour (or ground oats) to a small mixing bowl.
2Mix until combined and dough-like.
3Split into 4 portions and roll each one into a ball.
4Place them on top of a sheet of baking paper. Roll each one into 4 flatbreads. Alternatively, flatten and spread using your hands.
5Lift the baking paper up and place on top of a baking tray.
6Bake in the middle of the oven for 10 minutes. Flip them over and bake for another 5 minutes.
7Transfer to a serving plate.
