1Prepeat a frying pan. Set heat to medium-high (induction #6). Crush cooked potatoes using a plate, a BBQ press, as spoon or a palm of your hand and add to the pan. Lightly spray or brush with olive oil. Season for taste.
2Fry for 2 minutes on each side or until crispy and golden brown.
3Add to a serving plate.
