Roasted Zucchini

½ tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder

½ tsp paprika or cayenne

Steps
1Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) Fan. Cut zucchini into bite-sized pieces. Add to a baking tray lined with baking paper.
2Sprinkle it with salt, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper or paprika.
3Spray or drizzle with olive oil. Mix to coat.
4Roast in the middle of the oven for 20 minutes.
5Transfer to plates.
