Roasted Green Beans With Tahini Dressing

400 g frozen green beans

Dressing:
30 ml ~ 2 tbsp water
30 g ~ 2 tbsp tahini
15 ml ~ 1 tbsp vinegar or lemon juice

Optional Garnish:
⅛ tsp ground black pepper

Steps
1Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) Fan. Arrange frozen green beans on top of a baking tray lined with baking paper. Take the green beans directly from the freezer.
2Roast in the middle of the oven for 15 minutes.
3In the meantime, make the dressing. Add tahini, water and vinegar (or lemon juice) to a jar or a cup.
4Whisk together until smooth using a mini whisk or an electric mini milk frother. Set aside.
5Transfer roasted beans to plates.
6Pour the sauce over the beans.
7Sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper.
