Roasted Broccoli With Mustard Dressing

500 g frozen broccoli
Dressing:
30 g ~ 2 tbsp mustard
15 ml ~ 1 tbsp water
15 ml ~ 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
15 ml ~ 1 tbsp agave (optional)

Steps
1Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) Fan. Arrange frozen broccoli (take it directly from the freezer) on top of a baking tray lined with baking paper.
2Roast in the middle of the oven for 10 minutes.
3In the meantime, make the dressing. Add mustard, water, vinegar and agave, if using, to a jar or a cup.
4Whisk together until smooth using a mini whisk or an electric mini milk frother. Set aside.
5Cut roasted broccoli into bite-sized pieces. Add to a plate.
6Drizzle with the dressing
7Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
