Red Cabbage Salad

Steps
1Wash cabbage leaves really well, pat dry and cut into bite-sized pieces. Alternatively, cut then wash and dry using a salad spinner. Add to a serving bowl.
2Toast pumpkin seeds using a skillet for 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Alternatively, use an air-fryer to toast the seeds. Add the seeds to the cabbage, drizzle with balsamic vinegar and mix.
