Peanut Butter Cranberry Cookies

120 g oat flour or ground oats
60 g peanut butter
60 ml maple or agave syrup
30 g cranberries

3 tbsp maple or agave syrup
3 tbsp cranberries

Steps
1Preheat the oven to 180°C (360°F) bottom heat. Add peanut butter and syrup to a bowl and cream them together. Add flour.
2Mix to combine until you form a firm dough. Add cranberries and mix again.
3Transfer onto a clean surface or a piece of baking paper. Roll the dough into a roll.
4Cut into 8 portions.
5Flatten each using your hands and add to a baking tray lined with baking paper.
6Bake in the middle of the oven for 15 minutes.
7Transfer to a serving plate.
