Peanut Butter Cranberry Cookies

60 g oat flour
60 g peanut butter
60 ml maple or agave syrup
1 tsp baking powder
3 tbsp cranberries

Steps
1Preheat the oven to 180°C (360°F) bottom heat. Add peanut butter and syrup to a bowl and cream them together. Add flour and baking powder.
2Mix to combine until you form a firm dough then add cranberries and mix again.
3Take a bit of the dough, flatten with your hands and roll it out just enough to cut out a cookie shape using a cookie cutter or a glass.
4Repeat until you have ~ 6 cookies. Add to a baking tray lined with baking paper.
5Bake at the bottom of the oven for 8 minutes. 
6Transfer to a plate. Try not to eat them all right away.
