Orange Cookies

120 g flour
10 g orange zest ~ 1 orange
30 ml olive oil
30 ml orange juice
40 ml maple or agave syrup
2 g ~ 1 tsp baking powder

Steps
1Preheat the oven to 160°C (320°F) Fan. Add flour and baking powder to a small mixing bowl.
2Whisk to distribute. Add orange zest (grate one orange over the mixing bowl), orange juice (from the same orange), olive oil and syrup.
3Mix to combine until you form a firm dough.
4Transfer to a clean surface or a piece of baking paper. Take some of the dough and flatten it with your palm. Use a cookie cutter to cut out cookies until you have no dough left.
5Add to a baking tray lined with baking paper.
6Bake in the middle of the oven for 15 minutes.
7Transfer to a serving plate.
