Onion, Pea & Green Bean Soup

2 medium onions, any type
200 g frozen peas
200 g frozen green beans
720 ml ~ 3 cups of water

Salt & Spices:
1 ½ tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp ground coriander
½ tsp ground cumin
½ tsp ground fennel

Cooking Pot

Steps
1Peel and dice the onions. Add them along with all the other ingredients to a large cooking pot.
2Stir to combine and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and let simmer for 20 minutes. Keep the pot partially covered to allow some steam to escape.
3Ladle into bowls and serve.

Pressure Cooker

Steps
1Peel and dice the onions. Add them along with all the other ingredients to a pressure cooker.
2Stir to combine.
3Pressure cook for 5 minutes. Allow the pressure to release naturally.
4Ladle into bowls and serve.
