
Oats With Yogurt & Cherries
Ingredients

Steps

1Add frozen cherries and syrup to a small saucepan or a cast iron pot. Take them directly from the freezer.

2Set heat to high (induction #7) and cook for 10 minutes or until most of the liquid has evaporated. Optional: add chia seeds and mix to combine. Set aside to soak.

3In the meantime, add oats to a cooking pot.

4Add milk and water and mix to combine.

5Set heat to medium-high (induction #6), cook and stir for 2 minutes until very thick.

6Transfer to bowls.

7Top with yogurt.
Protein Boost: Add 30 g (~ 2 tbsp) almond protein powder to the yogurt and mix until incorporated.

8Garnish with cooked cherries.
