Cinnamon Oats With Bananas

120 g oat flakes
360 ml water
2 small or 1 large banana

Steps
1Peel and slice bananas. Add banana slices to a frying pan. Set heat to medium (induction #5).
2Fry for 2 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Set aside.

Tip: You can also bake them in the oven.
3Add oats to a cooking pot.
4Add water and mix to combine.
5Set heat to medium-high (induction #6), cook and stir for 2 minutes until very thick.
6Transfer to bowls.
7Top with yogurt.

Protein Boost: Add 30 g (~ 2 tbsp) protein powder to the yogurt and mix until incorporated.
8Garnish with fried banana slices.
9Sprinkle with cinnamon for taste.
