Banana Oat Cookies

200 g ~ 2 small ripe bananas
60 g oat flour or ground oats
30 g ~ 2 tbsp peanut butter
1 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp cinnamon

Steps
1Preheat the oven to 180°C (360°F) Fan. Add bananas to a small mixing bowl and mash it. Add peanut butter.
2Mix until well combined.
3Add oat flour (or ground oats), baking powder and cinnamon.
4Mix until combined.
5Scoop 6 portions onto a baking tray lined with baking paper.
6Shape into cookies using a spoon or a spatula.
7Bake in the middle of the oven for 12 minutes.
8Transfer to a serving plate.
