No-Bake Protein Oat Bars

60 g oat flakes (quick oats)
60 g nut or seed butter
40 g vanilla protein powder
1 tsp apple cider vinegar

Steps
1Add milk, nut butter and vinegar to a mixing bowl.
2Whisk until combined.
3Add protein powder.
4Mix to combine using a spoon.
5 Add oat flakes.
6Mix to combine using a spoon, then your hands.
7Transfer to a baking sheet.
8Shape into a square using a spatula.
9Wrap it and place in the fridge overnight.
10Cut into 8 bars. Keep refrigerated. The bars can also be frozen.
