Miso Soup With Tofu

400 g firm tofu
480 ml ~ 2 cups water
2 tbsp spring onions, diced
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
1 tbsp sweet miso paste
1 tbsp soy sauce

Steps
1Add tofu and water to a medium size cooking pot (20 cm ~ 8 inch).
2Bring to a boil and add nutritional yeast. Mix to combine.
3Turn the heat off. Add miso paste to a small sieve and submerge it into the water. Whisk until it dissolves.
4Add spring onions and soy sauce. Mix to combine.
5Pour into bowls. Serve hot.
