Lentil Bites

30 g tomato paste
15 g nutritional yeast
15 g ground flaxseeds
40 g walnuts, crushed

Salt & Spices:
1 tsp salt

1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp ground cumin

Optional:
200 g yogurt mayo

Steps
1Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) Fan. Drain cooked lentils lentils. Add cooked lentils, nutritional yeast, tomato paste, ground flaxseeds, crushed walnuts, salt and spices to a large mixing bowl.
2Mix and mash together until combined. Alternatively, use an immersion blender.
3Shape into bite-sized balls and arrange on top of a baking tray lined with baking paper.
4Bake in the middle of the oven for 15 minutes.
5Transfer roasted lentil bites to plates and serve with a side of yogurt mayo.
