Gingerbread Cookies

40 g almond butter
40 ml non-dairy milk
40 ml maple syrup
30 ml molasses
½ tsp ginger
¼ tsp cinnamon
⅛ tsp nutmeg

Steps
1Preheat the oven to 180°C (360°F) bottom heat. Add flour, salt, ginger powder, cinnamon, clove and nutmeg to a small mixing bowl.
2Whisk to distribure.
3Add almond butter, milk, syrup and molasses
4Mix to combine until you form a firm dough.
5Take a bit of the dough, flatten with your hands and roll it out just enough to cut out a cookie shape using a cookie cutter or a glass.
6Repeat until you have no more dough left. Add the cookies to a baking tray lined with baking paper.
7Bake at the bottom of the oven for 10 minutes.
8Allow to cool on the tray for another 10 minutes. Transfer to a plate.
