Cucumber Ribbon Salad With Tahini Lemon Dressing

3 small cucumbers
1 tbsp sesame seeds

Dressing:
30 ml ~ 2 tbsp water
30 g ~ 2 tbsp tahini
15 ml ~ 1 tbsp vinegar or lemon juice

Steps
1Make the dressing. Add tahini, water and lemon juice to a jar or a cup.
2Whisk together until smooth using a mini whisk or an electric mini milk frother. Set aside.
3Use a Y-shaped peeler and peel cucumbers into ribbons. Work around the core.
4Transfer to a plate.
5Drizzle with the dressing.
6Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
