Creamy Tofu Banana Split

400 g firm tofu
180 ml non-dairy milk
20 g ~ 2 tbsp chia seeds
20 ml ~ 1 tbsp maple or agave syrup

Steps
1Add tofu, milk, chia seeds and syrup to a blender (large cup).
2Blend for 60 seconds. Shake the cup - or mix the contents with a spoon or a spatula. Blend for another 60 seconds, or until smooth.
Protein Boost: Add 30 g (2 tbsp) of protein powder and 60 ml (ΒΌ cup) more milk then blend again until smooth ~ 1 minute.

3Cut bananas lengthwise and add to plates.
4Split creamy tofu into two portions and scoop each on top of the bananas using a spoon or a spatula.
5Garnish with sliced hazelnuts and chocolate chips. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
