Creamy Sweet Potato Tofu

Blend 1:
200 g firm tofu
80 ml soy or almond milk
10 ml ~ ½ tbsp maple or agave syrup

Blend 2:
360 g ~ 2 medium sweet potatoes, baked
120 ml soy or almond milk
½ tsp cinnamon powder
⅛ tsp ground clove
⅛ tsp ground nutmeg

Recommended Topping:
4 hazelnuts, sliced
1 tbsp chocolate chips
1 pinch of cinnamon

7 oz firm tofu
⅓ cup soy or almond milk
½ tbsp maple or agave syrup

Blend 2:
12 oz ~ 2 medium sweet potatoes, baked
½ cup soy or almond milk
½ tsp cinnamon powder
⅛ tsp ground clove
⅛ tsp ground nutmeg

Recommended Topping:
4 hazelnuts, sliced
1 tbsp chocolate chips
1 pinch of cinnamon

Steps
1Make the first blend. Add tofu, milk and syrup to a blender (large cup).
2Blend until smooth ~ 60 seconds.

Protein Boost: Add 30 g (2 tbsp) of protein powder and 60 ml (¼ cup) more milk then blend again until smooth ~ 1 minute.
3Split into two portions and pour into bowls. Set aside.
4Make the second blend. Add baked sweet potato, milk, cinnamon, clove and nutmeg to the blender cup.
5Blend for 60 seconds. Shake the cup - or mix the contents with a spoon or a spatula. Blend for another 60 seconds, or until smooth.
6Split into two portions and add to bowls.
7Use a spoon to mix the two blends together using a zig-zag motion.
8Garnish with sliced hazelnuts and chocolate chips. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
