Chocolate Oats

Ingredients

80 g oat flakes
360 ml water
20 ml maple or agave syrup
10 g cocoa powder

Yogurt:
200 g plain yogurt
20 ml ~ 1 tbsp maple or agave syrup
10 g ~ 1 tbsp cocoa powder

Optional Garnish:
10 g ~ 1 tbsp chocolate chips

Steps
1Add oats and cocoa powder to a cooking pot.
2Whisk to distribute.
3Add water and syrup and mix to combine.
4Set heat to medium-high (induction #6), cook and stir for 2 minutes until very thick.
5In the meantime, add yogurt, syrup and cocoa powder to a small mixing bowl.
6Whisk until smooth. Protein Boost: Add 30 g (~ 2 tbsp) protein powder to the yogurt and mix until incorporated.
7Add oats to bowls.
8Top with chocolate yogurt.
9Garnish with chocolate chips.
