Chickpea Oat Cookies

240 g ~ 1 can cooked chickpeas
40 ml ~ 2 tbsp maple or agave syrup
30 g ~ 2 tbsp nut butter, any
60 g oat flour or ground oats
½ tsp baking powder

Steps
1Preheat the oven to 180°C (360°F) Fan. Rinse and drain chickpeas. Add to a mini food processor.
2Blend for 10 seconds. Add nut butter, syrup, oat flour (or ground oats) and baking powder.
3Blend until smooth ~ 60 seconds.
4Split the mix into 8 portions and shape them into cookies. Place on top of a baking tray lined with baking paper.
5Add chocolate chips.
6Bake in the middle of the oven for 20 minutes. Allow to cool on the tray.
7Transfer to a plate.
