Cauliflower Flatbreads

300 g frozen cauliflower
120 ml milk | soy, oat or cashew
80 g rice flour
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp salt

Steps
1Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) Fan. Add half of the frozen cauliflower to a mini food processor. Take it directly from the freezer.
2Grind into cauliflower ice. Repeat with the rest of the cauliflower. It’s easier to do it in batches.
3Transfer ground cauliflower to a small mixing bowl.
4Add milk, rice flour, onion powder, garlic powder and salt.
5Mix to combine.
6Scoop out 4 portions onto a baking tray lined with baking paper.
7Spread out using a spoon or your hands.
8Bake in the middle of the oven for 15 minutes - or until you can easily flip them over using a spatula.
9Flip the flatbread over and bake for another 10 minutes or until golden brown on both sides.
10Add to a serving plate.
