Cauliflower Flatbreads

300 g frozen cauliflower
120 ml milk | soy, oat or cashew
80 g rice flour
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp salt

Steps
1Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) Fan. Add frozen cauliflower and milk to a mini food processor. If it’s too small for the florets, do this in batches.
2Blend until smooth. Add flour, onion powder, garlic powder and salt.
3Blend until smooth.
4Scoop out 4 portions onto a baking tray lined with baking paper.
5Spread out using a spoon.
6Bake in the middle of the oven for 15 minutes - or until you can easily flip them over using a spatula.
7Flip the flatbread over and bake for another 10 minutes or until golden brown on both sides.
8Add to a serving plate.
