Cabbage Corn Salad

¼ small cabbage
2 medium cucumbers
60 g sweet corn
1 tbsp fresh dill
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Steps
1Wash cabbage leaves really well, pat dry and cut into short strips. Alternatively, cut then wash and dry using a salad spinner. Cut cucumbers into bite-sized pieces. Add all of the ingredients to a large mixing bowl.
2Mix well.
3Transfer to a plate.
