Step by Step

Steps
1Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) Bottom Heat. Add all of the ingredients to a mixing bowl.
2Mix well with a spoon until combined. Set aside for 2 minutes. Mix again until firm and dough-like.
3Split into 4 portions and roll each one into a ball then press to form a flat patty - it’ll expand in the oven. Place on top of a baking sheet lined with baking powder. Poke a hole in the middle of each patty using your finger to allow it to rise evenly.
4Bake at the bottom of the oven for 25 minutes.
5Allow to cool for at least 10 minutes. Transfer to a plate.
