Breakfast Chickpea Blondies

240 g ~ 1 can cooked chickpeas
120 g ~ 1 medium ripe banana
80 g ~ 4 dried figs
60 g peanut butter

4 oz ~ 1 medium ripe banana
3 oz ~ 4 dried figs
¼ cup peanut butter

Steps
1Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) Fan. Rinse and drain chickpeas. Add drained chickpeas, banana, dried figs and peanut butter to a mini food processor.
2Blend until well combined.
3Transfer the mix to a loaf tin lined with baking paper.
4Spread it evenly using a spoon or a spatula.
5Bake in the middle of the oven for 20 minutes. Let cool before slicing.
6Slice into 8 bars and transfer to a plate. Can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. The blondies taste even better chilled.
