Black Bean Banana Brownies

240 g ~ 1 can cooked black beans
120 g ~ 1 medium ripe banana
60 ml non-dairy milk
60 g almond or cashew butter
40 g cocoa powder
40 g chocolate chips

¼ cup non-dairy milk
¼ cup almond or cashew butter
½ cup cocoa powder
¼ cup chocolate chips

Steps
1Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) Fan. Rinse and drain cooked black beans. Add drained black beans, ripe banana, milk, nut butter and cocoa powder to a mini food processor.
2Blend until smooth.
3Add chocolate chips.
4Blend on pulse just until combined.
5Transfer the mix to a loaf tin lined with baking paper.
6Spread it evenly using a spoon or a spatula.
7Bake in the middle of the oven for 30 minutes.
8Allow to cool down completely before slicing. Slice into 8 portions and transfer to a plate. Can be kept refrigerated for up to 4 days.
