Banana Bread

Dry:
220 g all-purpose wheat flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt

Wet:
5 small ripe bananas, mashed
90 ml coconut oil, melted

Filler:
70 g ~ 6 dried dates, chopped
50 g cup chocolate chips
50 g chopped walnuts

1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt

Wet:
5 small ripe bananas, mashed
½ cup coconut oil, melted

Filler:
½ cup ~ 6 dried dates, chopped
¼ cup chocolate chips
½ cup chopped walnuts

Steps
1Preheat the oven to 180°C (360°F) Bottom Heat. Add all of the dry ingredients to a large mixing bowl. Mix well with a spoon or whisk together.
2Add all of the wet ingredients and mix well.
3Add the filler ingredients and fold in with a spoon or a spatula.
4Transfer the batter to an oiled loaf pan. If you are using a silicone loaf pan, you don’t need to oil it.
5Bake in the middle of the oven for 40 minutes. Allow to cool completely on the rack before slicing. The bread can be frozen for later. Cut into 10 slices and freeze individually.
